You are invited to attend our annual Holiday Benefit Concert on Thursday, December 5, at 7:00pm in the Mainstage Theatre (D100). All proceeds will benefit the charity, Sleep in Heavenly Peace. This concert will showcase the Concert Choir and Chamber Singers conducted by Dr. Mark Marotto, the Symphonic Band and Jazz Ensemble directed by Reese Burgan, the Creekside Civic Orchestra directed by Dr. Jackson Guillen, and the Dance Department choreographed by Ashley Clos. Come enjoy seasonal music and festive performances by the Music and Dance Department!
Sleep in Heavenly Peace (Montgomery County, TX) is a local chapter of a national nonprofit that builds, delivers, and installs free twin beds and twin bunk beds for children ages 3-17 in need. Since March of 2021 they have delivered over 2,000 beds. Each bed also includes a new mattress and bedding. The chapter is run by volunteers and supported by individual and corporate donors who help make sure that No Kid Sleeps On The Floor In Our Town!
